Summer Camp: Multicamera Video Production - Digital Horizons: Empowering Youth Through Video Storytelling

“An intensive multicamera production experience where teamwork, coordination and professional filming skills came together in real-time.”

A four-day Summer Camp focused on multicamera video production was held in Sofia, Bulgaria, bringing together participants from partner organizations for an intensive hands-on experience. The activity aimed to advance participants’ technical and collaborative skills in professional video production environments.

During the camp, participants worked with multiple cameras, learning how to coordinate camera angles, synchronize recordings and manage complex shooting setups. They explored production roles, including directing, camera operation, sound recording and production management.

The program emphasized teamwork and real-time coordination, simulating professional production conditions. Participants were actively involved in planning, shooting and managing multicamera setups for interviews, discussions and live-style productions.

In addition to technical skills, the camp also strengthened communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities. Participants gained valuable experience in working under time constraints and adapting to dynamic production environments.

The Summer Camp represented a key milestone in the project, allowing participants to apply their previously acquired knowledge in a more advanced and collaborative context.
